To guarantee your reservation, we ask for your credit card number, validity date and cryptogram (last 3 digits on the back of the card).

The payment of your stay will be made directly to the Auberge de Noves at the time of your departure. Similarly for ancillary services.

If you have chosen a flexible rate, you can cancel your reservation without charge until noon the day before your arrival. After this time, the first night will be charged.

In case of no show or early departure, 50% of the remaining stay will be charged.

If you have chosen a non-refundable rate or a special offer, the amount will be charged at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, this amount will not be refunded. These reservations are non-refundable and non-modifiable.

We accept the following payment methods:

Pets are welcome at no extra charge. We ask that dogs be on a lead indoors and on the terrace. We also ask the teachers to respect the cleanliness of the place and to collect the animal's lunches.

We have free private parking. This car park is not monitored and remains open at night.

The pool is open from May 1st to October 31st, except for exceptional weather conditions. The water is heated before and after the season and its temperature is about 24 ° C. The pool opens in the morning at 7am and closes in the evening at 8pm. Towels are available near the pool. The pool is forbidden to unaccompanied minors. It is strictly forbidden to bring glass objects inside the pool area (delimited by a safety gate and a gate).

We provide folding beds or extra beds, free up to 11 years old (on reservation only and subject to availability). Breakfast is offered to children up to 11 years old. We have high chairs and a changing mat.

We propose Junior menus including a small starter, a dish and a dessert to choose according to the tastes of your child (25 €). We also prepare with pleasure puree or small baby dishes (12 €) and warm up your little pots or bottles if necessary.

Our rooms are divided into two buildings: the main building has no lift but has a lift for luggage (2 floors), the building "La Chapelle" has a lift (2 floors) but no stairs (exterior fire escape only). If you find it difficult to get around and you need a lift or you cannot tolerate the lift, please inform the reception as soon as possible so that we can assign a room to you to best suit.
